TWO new Specialty Classes for Basic Skills Skaters in 2024-25

In response to our skater’s needs and interests, two new Specialty classes are being offered on Tuesdays prior to Practice Ice starting September 17, 2024.

Advanced Skating Skills with Coach John - Open to Blue Edge FSC of CT members currently at Basic Skills Level 3 or above.

 Adult Artistry – Open to all Blue Edge FSC of CT Adult members at Basic Skills Level 3 or above.

These two classes will begin with an off-ice warm-up at 4:45PM, and then take the ice at 5:15PM for an hour. They will focus on ‘beyond basic’ skills training, including developing appropriate off and on ice warm-up routines and learn-to-test skills. Skater input and interests will shape the details of each program. The Adult Artistry group will develop and present a routine for our holiday show.

Ice Dance with Coach Lizzie will resume on Sundays beginning September 15 from 12:15 – 12:45PM.
